Feller Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. warrants, for a period of time listed below from date of repair, the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions. Any part used to complete a repair will carry the manufacturers original warranty for the original customer. Warranty does not cover damages by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
Term of Coverage: The term of the warranty coverage on equipment, and/or parts installed during a repair, will vary depending on the manufacturer. Most new equipment products come with a min. 1 – 5 year manufacturer’s limited warranty but you should note that many warranties might offer only 45 days labor. Feller Heating extends labor warranties to a full 12 months on new equipment installations only. Workmanship on any repair or service is warranted for a period of 45 days from the date of completed repair for both parts and labor.
Scope: For the term of the warranty coverage, Feller Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. will provide repair service, including parts and labor, necessitated by the malfunction of your heating and/or air conditioning equipment subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions stipulated herein and in the warranty statement of each product.
Exclusions: The following conditions are excluded from service under most standard warranties:
- Preventive maintenance, which is service performed for the purpose of preventing a malfunction.
- Repair of damaged or malfunctioning equipment resulting from abuse, accident, neglect or any cause other than normal usage, whether or not the damage of malfunction was inflicted by the owner.
- Failure or malfunctioning of equipment which results from attachment to equipment which is not covered by the equipment’s original warranty
